I didnt get the room which i have booked all staff was misbehaving even they have threatened me to be keep silent when i complaint them about the room condition

Need to re-construct your bathroom n some bad smell coming from the bathroom n room. after booking we changed the room from 2nd floor to 1st floor then after smell not coming. 1st floor is good but 2nd floor is very bad.

The hotel is very bad, the rooms are very dirty, and even the staff was rude to guests and MMT staff.

We got the room we had booked, explained various reasons to us and took us to another room. Went. Which was very bad.

all good staff behavior was good hospitality is better and nearly location to all stops. everthing was all good

It’s not up to mark . Very very dirty . No lift is working condition. Better to remove it form MMT..

cleanliness is very poor . Room was very discomfort. Room was shown when was books, look different .

The location was ending 100 meters before the property, No food even water bottles are available in the hotel, Hotel boy brought the water bottle from out and charged amount for one bottle to bring from out. The room was old and not pleasant.

Room not clean, bathroom worst condision not compatable in stay, air circloction not avalable , lighting is not good , still now my life first time totaly waste hotal seeing

rooms were not at all good. filled with cockroaches and bedbugs. zero cleanliness. took extra charges for early check in.

The location was decent the room was clean but the washrooms need to be maintained and the lobby area needs to be cleaned and take care.

Dirty rooms , cheap behaviour of staffs. Never stay such a horrible palace.

the hotel room was a disaster : dirty, smelly, with broken fixture , bathroom totally non cleaning.

They do not bother about who booked hotel under mm t. They first given preference to their own customer. The bathroom is not so good. There is no hot water.

Room are so dirty geyser & switches are brooked no one help us for this issue west of money so please don't book this unhygienic hotel

It was a pathetic experience. The photos here are clicked many years ago and now the conditions of the room are terrible.
