Hotel Meridian Plaza

The Air conditioners is not working properly, food is average and the staff is not co-operative.

Had a very difficult stay here, i usually never complain abt any hote as i'm a traveller and i know watt a review means for a hotel. But here starting from the checkin till check out everything was messy. Bed with bedbugs, got bumps all over my skin when i chkd with reception they say foreigners also live here but haven't complained as such till date (very absurd reply) food quality is pathetic(breakfast) room service, had ordered 5 times and out of those only 2 times i received watt i asked for. Phones not working. Reception guys are otherwise good, waiters were good, location is good, but my stay was unpleasant we all left with skin allergies. Wil not recommend to anyone

Very poor stay. Intercom does not work. Despite informing they did not change intercom. Reception person was rude. Breakfast was pathetic. Room was without any sunlight. Charged rs 4000. Not value for money.

Tv was not working bathroom accessories (especially) shower needs to change. Otherwise it is ok. Good

Location of the properties. Is ok, however, the level of cleanliness and the level of hygiene is a major problem. The moment you walk barefoot in the room, your feet become black because of the dust and that has been accumulated over a period. Quality of food is below. Average have been staying there for sometime, but i’m now seriously, considering whether i should go there again or not.

Very nice place. Good behaviour of staffs. Room is clean and healthy. Food quality is very good. I am happy to stay at hotel meridian plaza.

Very old type of rooms, no security guard, no bell boy and unfriendly staff.

Me and my group are very pleased with the quality of the hotel and service. We will definitely come back to this place.

Rooms are ok but they are small and furniture is not good and arrangements in bathroom are very poor and geyser is also not working and last room switches is far from your bed

Rooms are outdated … bathroom fittings dirty… no heater in the room … food service not good…location is good.

Courteous accommodative staff, decent rooms, no full fledged restaurant and need to pre-order food, no dental or other kits in bathrooms which is basic expectation for a hotel of this category. Rooms were clean, bedsheets towels clean but old. Unhappy with mm t charging higher rates and showing fake discounts even after complaining to mm t executive. If this continues i will lose trust in mmt. Actual price should be the actual price that hotel charges when booked directly.

Ok ok. Rooms were ok. Bathroom no amenities, no bath shop, shampoo, comb etc nothing. Breakfast average.

Good experience. Prime location- property on the road. Easy accessibility to the market and other areas.

Rooms are not of the standard that one can give more then 1800 rs for the same. The breakfast quality and standard is very much poor.

The hotel was not clean. Bathrooms did not have proper drainage. Soap dispensers damaged. Ac did not work. Lot of dust in furniture. Overall very poor am ience and stay.

The room was one window, the electric switch for mobile charging was not working, and the breakfast food quality was good. Good for one day stay. Value for money.

Food is good. Amenities is pretty bad. Property location is excellent which is near to gk market and nehru place. Tv doesn’t work and ac remote and no towels unless we pleads lot of times. Wifi keep on disconnecting and poor mobile network. Overall average hotel at good location

The service was fabulous incredible staff and there work totally satisfied with the stay really want to visit again!
