Stay was good, nice hotel, All things were very good. Staff is very good. Breakfast is very good and testy

Nice stay in this budget. Rooms are very clean and of good size. Breakfast was below average and can be improved. overall a decent stay

poor service
Service is very poor. Only one person was managing breakfast and there was empty vessels which he was trying to convince us to get it filled in few minutes but was failing to do so

Hotel location is not good. Reception is very hard to find out room was not clean and service is also normal

soloHad a great stay. The hotel’s central location made it easy to explore Delhi’s top spots like Connaught Place and India Gate. My room was cozy with all the necessary amenities like Wi-Fi, AC, and TV. The nearby malls and restaurants were a bonus. The hotel’s services, including room service and laundry, were excellent. I’ll definitely return on my next trip

solocomfortable stay at Treebo Gemstone! The hotel is in a great location, close to shopping, dining, and attractions. My room was spacious with all the amenities I needed. The staff was friendly, and the breakfast was good. The rooftop cafe was perfect for unwinding.

Terrible Stay
i had a very disappointing experience at hotel treebo gemstone, karol bagh, delhi. the rooms were in terrible condition – poorly maintained. the cleanliness was absolutely lacking, making the stay unpleasant. the washrooms were the worst part, emitting a foul smell that made it hard to even use them properly. the service was equally bad, with unresponsive staff who seemed disinterested in addressing concerns or providing basic hospitality. to make matters worse, the hotel is located in a very congested and polluted area, adding to the discomfort. overall, i would not recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable or hygienic stay.
