Excellent Stay
My experience with this hotel was delightful, I would definitely call my team and stay in this hotel again. The rooms were fresh and cosy. The only thing I can complain about is not getting slippers that fit my size, and they should add a welcome drink to enhance the overall experience.

good stay
located in Karol baug market. Complimentary water and welcome drink not provided as mentioned on the booking itenary. Even after calling the reception they dint provide the water saying stock is over. Overall stay was peaceful.

best stay. Nisha as receptionist helped me a lot on this stay .she arranged ground floor for my wife because she she not medically fit. my son was very happy to see all amenities of hotel.

Terrible Stay
If started from the point of arrival, it’s worst reception, the reception person was sleeping, somehow managed to initiate booking, got key and went, door not opening, lock was damaged. After lot of trying, calling the reception person it opened. Once entering room a bad smell created which is like dump yard. Bed is damaged and giving sound even if you sit. Bed covering are so worst in a way that you feel uncomfortable even to sit. Next drama is bathroom, water never came, again called reception to see when hot water comes, it’s on time only. Water quality is so worst. Bathroom flush never worked. Somehow managed to stay there, the beauty is they called this room executive room 😳😎then understand normal room condition. Next comes break fast they don’t have anything except chutney and everything is at least one day old food items, juice is watery in nature. Somehow managed and escaped from there, will never go back again to this hotel.

complimentary coffee and tea were old stock.. no bucket and mug kept in the bathroom rooms are too small . ac unit was dripping

not at all recommended for family stay no cleaning no housekeeping poor fooding do not take complimentary breakfast or lunch or dinner very very very poor stay full loss of money very poor recommendation

Food was delayed like breakfast was dead slow you have to wait for 10 to 15 minutes for a dish they didn’t ready and the rooms are too small as compare in photographs

The stay was good the location was nice in between the central market but the rooms were much less cleaner the room service used to forget dinner orders at times but it was not a big problem it’s a nice place but not exactly value for money
