Hotel was decent but the locality is very bad. Atleast it should be mentioned as description or something. We being a family felt awkward there.

Too worst. They are too manipulated staff, we booked luxe hotel but they allocated another hotel which is too worst and terrible. Don't book this hotel

The city tax amount was not mentioned while booking the hotel, When I reached the hotel, staff ask me to pay Rs 449 extra as city tax, which should have mentioned while booking, This is very unknowing

The journey was not at all smooth, and I encountered multiple issues which caused a lot of inconvenience and stress. Despite choosing MakeMyTrip with the expectation of a hassle-free and reliable service, the challenges I faced were very discouraging. The compensation in the form of a voucher worth INR 200 does not adequately address the difficulties and losses I had to bear. I kindly request your team to thoroughly review my case and take appropriate action at the earliest. I expect a more meaningful resolution for the inconvenience I suffered, either through a suitable compensation or corrective measures. I have always considered MakeMyTrip a trusted platform, and I hope my concern will be handled with priority so that my confidence in your services can be restored. Looking forward to your prompt response.

Terrible Stay
My experience was terrible they gave me a room in a different hotel which was not as good as this one. I received a non veg breakfast which I couldn't eat because I am vegetarian.

Worst Experience
Payment Issue facing as already paid to MMT I have confirmed vouchers then also every time they call said that payment done to the hotel this dispute is between MMT and Hotel. Why customer will answer such type of questions.Location is very away from the main road,very poor location.Huge items in menu card if you want to order they said this is not available.And also they write everywhere outside food not available.Taking service charge in food but bill not provided.This is completely tax evasion.first day hotel not found and mobile no mention in voucher they not picked the calls.

Terrible Stay
While checking in, the receptionist guy tried logging into my Make my trip account on his phone. Upon asking, he said we do this to each customer..nothing to worry.. I am just taking your mmt account nothing much. But why ??? And another thing is there a lot of facilities written on the voucher in room amenities (fir example dental kit) but when in the morning we asked for dental kit, they charged us extra 100 rupees.

hidden charges
Had to pay extra charges at check-in that weren't mentioned during booking. Not cool! Make sure to clarify all costs before finalizing your booking to avoid surprises.
