We checked out of the hotel due to extremely poor service. The hygiene was lacking, and we were given tap water in an unsanitary bottle. Breakfast was disappointing as well; we received a single box containing poori and sabji, which we couldn't eat due to health issues. Unfortunately, no alternative was offered.
I requested sugar-free tea, but they provided a full-sugar version and told us it was our choice to drink it or throw it away. We also experienced loud noise throughout the night and called for assistance twice, but no action was taken.
Additionally, the bedsheet was torn, and the towel was dirty and unwashed. They charged us over 8,000 for this level of service and quality of rooms, which is unacceptable.
