•hotel receptionist/manager forced us to give extra money. •every washroom is outside the room & others are also using. •Room was too dirty & small as per information. •Room lock was broken, No proper security. •Dirty Vagabond Boys & Girls are roaming outside the room. •Totally Scary experience. •Didn't slept .

The actual room received is far different from what's shown in website. No room cleaning during my 4 days of stay.

they show different rooms on app and provide room in different under-construction building with common washroom for 4rooms. I’ve not stayed there for an hour and OYO is denying to pay me back. Make my trip is bigger than that as no resolution has been provided even after 10calls.

It was really the worst experience in my life. The photos which provided isn’t the actual one which we get to stay. There was a rude and disrespectful behaviour by the manager of hotel. Above that the ac wasn’t working and we weren’t able to sleep due to high temperature of the room that is more than 32 degrees at night. The water wasn’t working and we had to share the common bathroom since it was the only one available in the hotel. The room was really dirty and the staff neglected to clean even after we requested them. Breakfast was included but they didn’t have the kitchen working. The room was booked including the ac and breakfast, which neither of them was provided, where we requested for another room which was ended being disrespectful for us and was asked us to get out if we didn’t liked to stay. Such a horrible experience we had and i wasn’t expecting this experience

Extra 400₹ was charged by the venue. Terrible rooms and very untidy. Indeed a house,would suggest you all not to use either makemytrip and this property.

Worst place to book. Despite having prepaid booking the hotel denied room at mid night. . On asking the reason they said. Talk to mm t through which you had booked room. Never ever suggest anyone to book room here.

No one communicate or guide to reach hotel. Also there is no lock in bathroom

This is a good location for those who want to travel to any place in south Delhi or Hauz Khaz since it’s close to that area. Cab availability at all times.

Our check in was denied at the last min. By saying rooms are not available and amount is due though we have paid full amount via make my trip.

Firstly the hotel denied room then after long arguments they said OK but charged for providing the room over and above what i have paid in full.
