Average Hotel, but connectivity from Hotel to other places is good as it is located on the main Road

The washroom was so dirty and no facility in the washroom. Neither shower was working nor the jet sprayer. AC was also not working during my stay. The price include mineral water but the Hotel charged the price for water too.

Rooms are bad and service is poor, no value is money, hope they will improve all.

Hotel is on main road with better connectivity. Cleanliness is not good. Pillow covers were dirty and smelling. Bathroom was not very clean but clean.

My family has been to this hotel twice and both times the service was excellent. The location is also very ideal for travelling, since the New Delhi Railway Station is a couple minutes walk away, along with the RK Ashram Metro station. Recommended for a peaceful stay!

Easy to Approachable near New Delhi railway station. States sse very supportive. Space of room is less but location of hotel is very good. Services of hotel is good and cleanliness of hotel is good. Overall is good

It up to mark and services are quite slow And things are good and air-condition is creating noise which irritates, other things are good and behavior of hotel employees are good overall it is OK for stay

Room is not that great in terms of cleanliness bed linen etc. Staff was friendly and helpful and location is good. Food in roomservice is good. Complimentary breakfast timing should increase to 10. 30 AM.

Not safe for lonely Travellers, dirty room, service is too bad, even not provide drinking water, and for complimentary breakfast they ask for money, not cleaning the room, insist many times for everything, so bad experience with this hotel.

Condition of room and service is pathetic. Every other person whom you ask for any service request tip. Used unwashed dirty linen was provided stuffed with smelly pillow. Coffee was served in a broken jug. Was provided with a torn towel. Room not even worthy of Rs 200/-. Should be removed from MMT listing.

AC is not in good condition but room is good, service is good but no hot water directly to the tap in bathroom. Location is good it is very near to all places, it is good for tourists. We can enjoy the location

It was a good stay... The room was shifted since the A/C stopped working... Just that they give you a standard room when you had booked a deluxe room... This isn't ethical and make my trip should see that this kind of "beimaani" is not done to the customers.

Stay at Hotel is just OK. Reception staff is very cooprative & help full but room service is very poor after many remainder they provide towels. A different type of smell is coming at gallery & lobby

Hotel is at nice place, but hotel staff was shocked during check-in. I don't know why. And room is so good in MMT app, but in reality not that much. Hotel staff is good. AC cut by hotel staff. And having on by calling to desk every time
