Western seat not proper places are not proper cunvaces please don’t clear work and bhat is not working properly

Very old property. Hard old mattress. No mirror in the room and no power point near mirror in bathroom. Dim light. Stinky cupboards. Noisy fan. Old window ac. Horrifying washrooms.

There is no tv, no wifi, and no complementary breakfast

Intercom not working, tv channels not subscribed, morning tea not available even at 8 am. Bathroom sanitary is also faulty.

The washroom didn’t have hot water facility in winters. I literally had to request the staff to send hot water to bathe. I stayed there for 5 days and geaser wasn’t repaired yet

I did not like my stay at hamilton hotel this time. The internet was not working, despite of complaining at the reception, they were not able to resolve the issue. The washroom was not clean.

The rooms were fine and had an a very classic and antique look to them. The services were good and as expected of a hotel of its current rating. Good for short stays.

Try to change the door locks. It's hard to lock the door. Try to make the entrance look big. It's hard to locate the hotel.

Ac was not working at all. There is nothing much to eat. Room was not that clean. Washroom was also clean.

Furniture is old, but gold. Gives you feeling that mughals are hosting this place. Food was simple and healthy. Staff was supportive.

The room shown in pictures was completely different from the room which we was allocated… the ambiance is not good

I have booked this hotel with breakfast but nothing they have given. Make my trip request you to refund my money of breakfast for 3 booking in this hotel

It was a good and comfortable stay, some services are slow but overall good hotel, i would prefer to stay again
