Rooms are average but services are bad

It was terrible experience, manager and receptionist misbehaving the customers, rooms were not match with the promises. Third class cheap room in the name of classis. Ask to extra pay or leave these are the words of the management and receptionist

I have booked hotel through mm t but when i'm going for check in hotel management deny there is no booking and they told me the hotel is discontinued. So request to you file a complaint regarding this and refund my full amount.

very bad experience AC room booked but hotel mgmt initially gave non AC room . on complaint , the room was changed but another horrible room with non efficient ac , fully broken bathroom window , non clean room , non working tv provided. on futher complain, mgmt lied to have changed room thrice and then openly demanded more money to provide good facility.

Mineral water bottle is given refilled, towels and bedsheets cleanliness was not up to mark, room was stinking and hot water geyser was not working. Terrible experience

Staff completely unprofessional, they dint open door first, then said i don't have booking, then sint helped with car parking, no drinking water, dirty bed, pillow cover and almirah, broken led tv, no bucket in washroom. No hot water, it was trauma, i was late at night around 3am, otherwise could never have spent time in that hell

Make my trip service is very bad

The hotel is not linked with OYO and our booking was not there and we had to book another hotel at double the cost

Dirty room and washroom, they took 500 extra at reception despite the pre-booking. All in even after spending u will get a very dirty and unhygienic room.The only good thing was location and AC was working well.

Very bad, hotel person asking for extra money for room and he was very rude, i suggested to people don't go in this hotel

No adequate hygiene measures were taken nor the facility for breakfast was provided though i have taken with breakfast. Not very satisfied
