Lift was out of order no temperature control in b7 room no food options not much of services provided by the hotel

The food was decent. The helper brought food from someplace else. The TV isn’t that great. Also, the walls had flakes and the AC seemed to be making some kind of a sound

Water not coming in bathroom

There was no restaurant facility as it was under renovation. Elevator was out of service. Had to stay in the 3rd floor without Elevator. Room didn't have any window. Average facility but location of the property is very good.

I had booked an executive room but they gave me a Deluxe room (150 sq ft) after specifically asking for the executive room. The rooms in the photo are completely different from the actuals. Lift not working. Holes in the room and Bathroom. The list is long. No restaurant have to come down from the room to collect food from Swiggy. They had mentioned 100 things at the reception what the guest should do. But they should be not follow them (unethical practice). Light went off, not clean towels. I can just keeping going. But in short will not book it again

Beautiful place to stay here specially with family, only thing is there no restaurants nearby, so you have to order food online or need to travel for it

I was going to book this hotel for 2 person occupancy but by mistake it was selected 1 person. Then I requested 2 to 3 times daily during my 3 days stay but neither the hotel nor the MMT team, nobody could correct. I mailed it, sent screenshots that even after the last day and still the rates for two people were the same but still nobody could help and they were demanding extra money. The hotel was also hopeless. They changed my room 3 times during that day. 1st one smelled pethatic, 2nd ones power failure in the midnight. And then even after telling them 100 times that I have knees problem I can't use stairs still they shifted me on 3rd floor. And the lift was only to lure the customers to use once when they are checking in, after that no lift use it is power cut by them. I can't forget the greedy caretaker of the hotel. He is such a greedy, rude, arrogant, disrespectful and irresponsible person that I felt like never ever do MMT and never see the face of that hotel again in my life.

Service is good , rooms are good with big bathrooms and overall vibe is good .

Great place well maintained property. Highly recommend this place. Charges seems little higher side.
