Ac was leaking, moisture was there in full room

Hotel don't have proper staff No amenities in room, lift was not working, kitchen and the entire area was mess and don't have proper hygiene.

AC was not working...No staff responded...Bathroom was dirty with very foul smell...Food quality and taste was too bad...

Breakfast menu is very bad

Worst experience never want to goo i booked another hotel after 20 mins

I had high expectations based on the pictures and description of Stellar Resorts, New Delhi, but unfortunately, the reality was far from what was advertised. The property is poorly maintained – the basins weren’t working, lighting in the rooms and corridors was extremely dim, and overall cleanliness was lacking. Security is a major concern, especially at night, with no visible staff or surveillance around the premises. The food was below average, lacking both variety and taste, which is surprising for a place positioning itself as premium. The actual condition of the hotel is completely different from the pictures shown. For the high price, this place offers subpar service and facilities. I would not recommend it to anyone looking for a safe, comfortable, or well-maintained stay.

the furniture, room etc needs update. even the workers needs improve too. i have to stay there 2 night, but i stayed one night only

it was goof and comfortable stay. nice clean room , good buffet breakfast. staff was cooperative, we enjoyed the stay.

3. Washroom was bad

Rooms were spacious however washrooms were clumsy not cleaned properly taps were rusty midnight hotel staff were using some transport of cylinders which caused lot of noise and entire were not able to sleep properly

Staying at stellar was on of the worst experiences. The door latch was broken and the mini fridge was lying on the floor, outside of the fixed cupboard. After waiting for 15-20 mins and having an argument with the front desk, we were given room change. However, new room came with its own surprises - the shower and bath tap were not working, which we discovered in the morning when we went to take a shower. Another worst part, we were told to order dinner after 10:00 pm because items was't ready before that. I would suggest mmt to get this removed from their list as it could damage their credibility.

The hotel is in need of significant improvement, particularly in terms of cleanliness and management. I had an extremely disappointing experience, and the staff would benefit from additional training to enhance their service.

Not enough lights in the room. Bathroom is stinking. Breakfast is average. Overall average stay. Location is good.

Ac didn't work, a lot of noise due to a wedding function which was going on. Rude staff. Had to switch rooms at 2 am in the morning.

The stay is multi storeyed. Though beautifully built and unique. It can be tiring. Also staff assistance was poor and everything was at an additional cost like bonfire etc. There was no water in morning and no staff coult be found. There is no dormitory for driver.
