The food and breakfast was good. The room service was okay. The room we were allotted had no ventilation or outside view. Staff was good. Loaction is also good, close to metro station and also close to Airport.

Manger was very rude didn’t understand my problem asked more money. Food was terrible . Hot shower was not working

nice budget stay. good for a night stay if catching a flight.

Location is good. Concierge guys are attentive. Receptionists were quite arrogant and non responsive. Night time was quite noisy due to neighboring rooms creating . They even rang our bell mistakenly. Though we complained , there was no action. The hotel has a bar which I guess people come for night outs and get drunk. A bit unsafe for solo travelers. There was no attendant on each floor to check such things

The stay was average. Pros: 1. location 2. clean 3. breakfast spread decent Cons: 1. Door lock got jammed while I was inside. With loads of effort and patience I could open it. Later came to know this problem happened earlier also, which is yet to be repaired.
