The stay is good for the price. Only caveat is the cleaning charge taken at the time of checkin which should have been communicated at the time of booking

Terrible Stay

The stay was terrible. There is no safety at all. Strangers will knock your door at anytime. Doors and windows are very weak. Owner didn’t show any responsibility. They don’t respond properly to your calls. Our check out was at 12:00 pm as per the booking. People started knocking the door at 10:00 am as they claim they are the authorized one to confirm the check out. They forcefully entered to the apartment. No manners at all. Looks like they drunk alcohol. The owner want us to check out early as they have new booking. So she forced us to keep the new guys(strangers to us) inside the apartment before our official check out time. Nothing to say good about this apartment.

Overall experience was great, we don't faced any issues. All basic amenity were available and owner of the property is very helpful.

Not well maintained, surprise visits and exceptionally high half day fees

Place was okay, but walls were not well maintained, spiders in the washroom, one water heater doesn't work! address on makemytrip different from the one sent by the host, so it added to some confusion. This would all still have been acceptable, but the host did not reply to my request for early check in (which i'd put in more than a week ago, until i called them on the day before the trip cause we had a super early flight. I didn't have time to debate with her on the price of a half day booking. What she quoted me for a half day booking was only 1k lesser than the full day booking price (which is probably exactly the same as what she is receiving from a full day booking through make my trip, if you account for the platform fees etc. I had no choice at that point, so i went with it but it was really disappointing. The day we checked in at 5am, we were rudely woken up by sharp rapping at the door and multiple doorbells at 11am, by a guy asking to be let in. No explanation, no introduction, just 'let me in. Extremely scary and rude. It turned out to be the caretaker of the place but we had no idea he would be coming over, a warning would have been nice. The entire ordeal did not leave a great taste in our mouths
