Hotel room was full of stains. Bathroom was not cleaned. Hot water was not available

Service and facilities are justifiable to the price. Its economical stay rather than delightful stay

Rooftop kitchen makes it an easy option. Limited options however good food and chai. Great location and courteous service.

The most Horrible Experience after being with MMT for so long. The rooms shown in the pic and what was delivered were far far below expectations and horrible is the word. At midnight had nowhere to go with Family. My alloted rooms were given to someone else post doing full payment to MMT 2 days before. I expect a refund on the difference in the rooms allocated post doing full advance payment from MMT. No basic water to drink in the room. All plaster peeling off.... Leakages. No place to even open your bag except on the bed.

I've been with MMT for several years and most of my hotel bookings (including international) were through MMT. I faced a peculiar issue, where there was no power and I was in dark, literally no light was using mobile's light to stay in the room. I had to go to airport early in the morning and wanted to sleep early to wake up early. I was ensure that the issue will be resolved in 15 minutes, by the time I reached MMT agent it was already and hour after the incident. The agent spoke with property keeping me in conference where I was very clear that I will not pay for that particular night, the agent conveyed this to the property too. Call records can be verified to ensure this. The agent assured to call me back in 15 minutes but never called me and comfortably avoided me. After another hour I again called MMT this time there was a different agent attending the call and again assured that the issue will be sorted in 15 minutes, again it took more than hour to fix this. Yesterday I got a call back from your customer service agent as if nothing has happened and conveying that MMT is given me a voucher for ₹900. This has triggered me and had politely told if my request for full refund for one day's is not considered, I will have to walk away from MMT, he happily said if you wish you can do that. Is this the way a Platinum customer who is with MMT for ages be treated. I wish this to be escalated and wanted to hear what action been taken against agent's behaviour, also a quicker resolution on my complaint

I had a very good stay here, The people here are really helpful, Tshering was especially helpful whenever i needed something. the food is also very good. They helped with a very early check-in for me as well.

Hospitality was nice, Staff is very helpful. The room was normal and the bathroom door lock was not working. No power backup for lift or lift was not working due to some issues in morning time. Food is awesome.

The hotel was not upto the standard, the walls were very dirty and the room was very different from what it looked in photos. The gallery and was dark and the property was under construction which disturbed my stay. Overall it was a poor experience after spending so much money for it. Definitely not recommended.
