Hotel True Stay @ New Delhi

Worst hotel ever booked. Lane is so small, cabs can't reach here properly. It's just a renovated lodge and not a hotel.

There was no hot water in the room that too in the month of february which is very cool compared to hyderabad. No toiletry, no daily clean.

Room and clothes are not clean. Geyser works only daytime. Lack of staff. No kettle or tea kit. Provides only 2 bottles of min water. Poor maintenance.

Bedsheet is dirty and worse with ladies hair attached to it, which is not cleaned. Bath towel is dirty and too worse room is not clean washroom is durty tap is not working and it's broken

Hi team, i selected true stay hotel. The hotel team are loyalty people they gave good respect and provided required food and water supplements. Because of new to delhi they gave me good directions to go out. Thanks true stay team.

Rooms had heaps of dust around the bed. The fan hasn't been cleaned. The linnen sheets didn't look freshly washed. Toilet was good. To top all that they don't have card payments, either up i or cash. Subjected to unnecessary hassels during checkout.

Food is too costly. Service is average. Although a good hotel to stay.

Best to live for family. Helping staff. Room were clean.

Over all experience is good room service can be better

एक शब्द में बोलू तो बकवास बुकिंग के समय बाथ टब की सुविधा बताकर ठहरने के दौरान सुविधा उपलब्ध नहीं करवाते है। रेस्त्रां भी नहीं है। लॉकेसन भी टफ है, ऑटो वाले संकरी गलियों का बोलकर नहीं चलते, पैदल जाना पड़ता है। TV रिचार्ज नही था। ऑल ऑवर... यहाँ ठहरना, मतलब समय व पैसो की बर्बादी ही करना है।

There was no bath tub available but mentioned in list while booking room, there was no hot water available in bathroom as same is available in morning only, food service and quality is poor.

Same as they shown in photo, must visit, hotel just near to railway station and easy to reach there. Good service,
