Hotel staff charges extra money because i booked it online with an offer applied so they want extra to recover it

They didn’t had any room I booked at around 1pm they said wait till 4 pm, I mean what’s the point of booking then? If you don’t have room available why let people book it

Poor experience koi saffi ki nii kuch nii bekr ek dum waste of money useless..mt ana yha ek dun bekr ha..customer s bolte ha extra paise ko liye jitne m book kiya utne m nhi de payega..

they are so abusive and ask extra amount for stay ,please don't go this hotel this worst off all my hotel stay

Overall experience was bad. After several follow up they did not change the bedsheet and blanket. We stayed 5 days drinking water was provided once only. Unclean, unhigene hotel. Cigarettes bunts are in bathroom.

Hotel is not good, unhygienic and not good for family or working professional. It was very suffocating

Room was not good, hotel staff was not supportive hotel room was very dirty, even there was water supply problem in washroom. I never suggest this hotel for anyone, totally waist of money.

Very unhygienic room and washroom, with a narrow and dirty walkway to the hotel entrance. The bed linens and bathroom accessories are very dirty.

Each time the accommodation and service were superb. The finest parts are the really friendly staff and, of course, the comfortable rooms.

Loved the room interior and furniture is good looking and stylish. It is a good place to stay in for a long time.

Property location was ok but its difficult to found the hotel because they don't have any name board and also they demanded extra payment for checkin and i had to pay them because its too much hot outside and i was in full of sweat.

No cleanness, no proper service, misbehaved with me, very poor services, false representation of rooms on internet.

They said there are no room right now. And told money will automatically refund next working day but till now no money received. No one pick my call of this bad hotels

Stay was not good.when I reached the hotel I have no original id of second person I show there on phone but he didn’t except and charged extra money for second id.when I contact then said to me that please hold the call I give u best solution I hold call more than 15 minutes but there is no reponse on call. Unfortunately I cut the call and pay the money at the hotel.this is terrible experience.I hope u understand And take a necessary action against it. Thanks Vipin Sharma
