I had a very disappointing experience during my 3-day stay at this hotel. The room provided did not have an attached bathroom, and the common bathroom had no proper water supply. The overall cleanliness was extremely poor — no daily cleaning was done during my entire stay. Basic facilities that should have been standard were missing, and the service was unprofessional. Instead of providing solutions, the staff even asked for extra money to “ which was unacceptable. This was not at all as per the listing shown I feel the property its facilities and services.

After the full payment they asked for more money and the washroom is not clean. The behaviour is rude. AC was not working.
