Poor ambiance

hotel is so clean and good location near ndls railway station and Rabindra bhawan. hotel is staff is well supportive. room was very pleasant and peaceful.

Good location. Good breakfast. Olden style rooms that could do with a touchup.

While infrastructure , location and food was excellent. Bathroom was bit disorganized. Commode jet was very slow . AC was also making noises..needs cleaning. I would like to give 4 marks in total. Hotel staff was also very nice and courteous

The room is not worth 4000 + taxes The current keeps going , generator starts , this happened repeatedly No slipper Landlines was not working Wifi password I had to ask , the receptionist should have given it instantly

Good location, in house parking space, room was good but could have been better . . Breakfast was good, Staff was friendly and helpful

Rooms are nice and clean etc Food is average But but but.... One of the hallmarks of India is the constant honking in traffic where almost everyone honks . This hotel is, however, isolated from this noise But... but... but... The hotel is right next to a railway station& apart from the noise of the announcements, the trains honk so loudly and in such a long blast that , a few times, I thought that the Wolrd War 3 had finally started and these sounds were the sirens I didn't manage to sleep well at all. The jarring sound of the trains ruined my sleep & I am habitually a sound sleeper If you are sensitive to loud infernal noises when sleeping, best is to totally avoid this hotel

The initial room was extremely bad - the ac did not work and the fan was very loud. The exhaust also did not work and it got really hot. A lot of things were damaged in the room and we eventually had to change the room. The hotel never once apologised for the issue or even talk about it.

If you plan to freshen up in hotel and spend remaining time sightseeing delhi, this hotel is perfect. . Good hotel with appropriate location for sightseeing and short visit purpose. The staffs are courteous and responsive. There is a train line behind the hotel, which may disturb sleep for few.

Stay was good. Breakfast was tasty.

Nicely located in very prime area of new delhi. Full marks for location. Rooms are knit and clean. Room service also very fast. And they are polite to. Only the problem is bathroom wash basins are choking up.

The stay at the emerald hotel was very quiet and there were no problems, but i was bothered by the noise of the train.

It was such a horrible hotel - everything broken - not maintained - dirty. Location is the only thing which is positive for the property.

Hotel is not worth the cost. Everything seems average! room quality, decor and bed mattress everything is average. Restaurant is also not worth cost.

The worst hotel in delhi. All dorty and filthy washroom. Lights broken and smelly rooms. Pathetic place to stay

Hotel is not worth to pay rs 7000 per night. Though in good location but it’s just a kind of ordinary category.

Chairs & tea table both needs to be small size to match the room space good numbers of mosquitoes living with the guest

Washroom was so dirty, flush was not working, basin was not cleaned. No pressure on jetspray. Room floo was wet. Pathetic
