Check-in & Staff (4.5/5):
The check-in process was smooth and efficient. The front desk staff was courteous and quick to respond to all queries. I appreciated their professional yet friendly behavior, which instantly made me feel welcomed. They were also helpful with directions and suggestions for local eateries and commute options.
Room & Cleanliness (4/5):
The room was well-maintained and tidy. The bed was comfortable, linens were clean, and the air conditioning worked perfectly. The bathroom was hygienic, with clean towels and basic toiletries provided. However, I did feel that the lighting could have been a bit better and the room could have used a little more decor to enhance the overall vibe.
Amenities (3.5/5):
Basic amenities like Wi-Fi, bottled water, and TV were available. The internet connection was stable, which was great for both work and streaming. However, I feel there is room for improvement in terms of in-room facilities—such as adding a mini fridge, better quality tea/coffee kits, and more power outlets near the bed.
Location & Accessibility (4/5):
The hotel was in a convenient location with good connectivity to key areas and local transport. There were restaurants and shops nearby, which made it easy to get anything needed without much travel.
Overall Experience (4/5):
FabHotel provided a good value-for-money stay. It’s ideal for short stays, business trips, or budget-friendly travel. While a few minor improvements could enhance the experience further, I would definitely consider staying again and would recommend it to others looking for affordable comfort with reliable service.
