Worst hotel in delhi dont stay there
Room smells like garbage, toilet was leaking and no drinking water and the food ordered there is terrible

The location of the property is in market so it will be little time taking to reach, staff behaviour was good and staff was supportive, food was good and room size was small

Poor Stay
coupleDusty, dingy place. Building next, got caught fire and then all of a sudden power went off. Horrible and terrible experience. Wash room is so small, can't tell.

Okayish stay, nothing to complain about
Conveniently located, takes only a 10 min walk from jhandewalan metro station to reach. Hotel was okay, rooms were clean and tidy. No complaints.

My recent stay at Hotel Aster Inn was nothing short of fantastic, and I cannot wait to share my experience. From the moment I walked through the doors, I was warmly welcomed by the receptionist Mr. Rakesh Jii , whose genuine smile and helpful demeanor set the tone for the entire visit ☺️👌.......The check-in process was seamless, thanks to the Rakesh Jii efficiency and attention to detail. They not only ensured that all my preferences were noted but also provided valuable insights about the amenities available within the hotel. Their professionalism and willingness to assist truly exceeded my expectations 😇💫 The hotel itself was impeccable .........from the cleanliness of the rooms to the quality of the food options available. The facilities were well-maintained, and the room service was prompt and courteous. I particularly appreciated the extra effort the receptionist made to personalize my experience, which made me feel valued as a guest........Overall, I highly recommend Hotel Aster Inn for anyone visiting New Delhi. The combination of excellent service, comfortable accommodations, and a welcoming atmosphere made my stay truly memorable. This hotel is located in Karol Bagh scooter commercial area! If you are looking for a less busy area it is not the place to be! However if you dont mind exploring the streets its perfect walkable! The room i selected was clean and they offer daily housekeeping service, breakfast, lunch and dinner are available as in room dining! The location on ola, uber is not appropriate the most to precise i used Rapido if i needed! The staff are very collaborative and helpful! They dont allow visitors in your room for your own safety but you can meet up at the reception waiting area! Service is quick! Check in time is 2 pm & Check out is at 11 am! I will definitely recommend this hotel… my drawback is the AC which do not provide instant cooling at 22 deg which they recommend especially in hot summers like delhi!

Good Stay
The room and washroom were quite small than expected. The lift was old and had the feeling that the lift gate could get stuck anytime. Staff services were good.
