best hotel in Paharganj New Delhi and staff behaviour are very good and polite.. and room and bathroom area is very neat and clean

Reception was amicable... Dormitory was neat and clean....however this place lacks elevator. Both washrooms of the dorm cleaned daily.

Actually we booked the hotel as shown in the picture but when we went there we found out it's completely not the actual thing shown in the picture. It feels not safe for the people

Hotel rooms are really nice and clean. Staff is well trained and helpful. Only drawback is the you need to pass through a small road which has public toilet.
