Worst experience for the stay totally ill maintained hotel with smelly rooms and washroom no one to help in cleaning the room

Terrible Stay
At the time of arrival, the receptionist said we don't have rooms available. I asked her that we had a confirmed booking, and she was like laughing that they don't have empty rooms, then she asked, if you checkout by evening then i can give you room, she was very rude and i did not like the way she was talking. We paid for a entire night and she was like please check out by evening 7. The rooms were also not clean and overpriced. Worst experience and behaviour.

Cleanliness is not good. Non hygienic washrooms. No value for money. Bad hospitality. Bad experience.

Average Stay
Average hotel, room was stinking due to humid in walls. Room service guys were seems to be spying, always found him out side my room door. Complementary breakfast they should stop as have several questions. It's better to make that chargeable if serving is so much challenging.

Very bad experience.
Worst experience. Room was not thoroughly cleaned. Always smoking smell coming in bathrooms. No proper ventilation. Breakfast was also not good. Bad smell coming from towels also. Lift was also stinking. For mineral water they charge? 35 for normal Bisleri bottle. If you ask them for water, they will give you opened water bottles which according to me is not hygenic as they keep utilising same old plastic bottles.
