Worst experience ever They even didn’t serve a water bottle. Staff were also so terrific.

They did not provide room to us and saying room is not available, finely we don't have any option so we went to our friends house. Our money time as they given mentaly stress to us 10:20 to 2:30 we were in front of reception area Requesting please take immediate action regarding our case & Refund our money

Terrible experience, broken locks, non cooling AC, Lift was non functional, unprofessional staff, breakfast was included in my booking and I wasn't given breakfast. Terrible experience. Uncooperative staff

Great Work ok

Stayed from 06.06.2025 to 13.06.2025 at one delux room. No room service was made for cleaning and changing the bed sheets during the stay. Fan was not repaired even after several time request. Genarator is there but not made to run because of paucity of fuel as reportedly the owner is reluctant to give the price for Diesel since the owner does not trust the manager. As a result most of the night was of sleepless night because of the power cut.

AC didn’t work for the entire stay even though we booked AC room. No power back during power cut despite the heat. No water in tap at times of the day. Main door lick was broken but repaired later. Extremely bad experience and would not like to book again in future if we don’t get cash refund for this booking.

Water is not properly coming in tap, almost request several times but no action taken by hotel management. Also they are take my mobile in hand and gave false rating using my mobile devices , when I shout them they told me you can go from hotel, I have urgent work so can't take action that time.
