Very nice hotel. Neat and clean room, food is excellent and location is near by New Delhi railway station

I had an absolutely wonderful stay at this hotel! The room was spacious, spotless, and beautifully designed. The staff were courteous, attentive, and always ready to help with a smile. Room service was prompt, and the food was delicious. Overall, it was a relaxing and comfortable experience.

Hi, First of all receptionist person is very bad behaviour. When I told him, I have already book online leads, his face are changes and room showed different like hotel down category,

We booked a so-called PREMIUM room with a double bed and they provided us with two separate single bed blankets. Even after requesting them for a single double blanket they denied it upfront by saying that the housekeeping staff is not available(it was hardly 9:00 pm). The bedsheet was also not that clean, they charged 80 rupees for a cold drink bottle that was of 40 rupees i.e double on MRP. Further, they also charged for the complimentary water bottle. The stay was poor, nothing was provided. The jacuzzi wasn't working, had to ask them for hot water. The room essentials like - handwash, soap, bathrob, and whatever they have written in their MMT was not provided. Although good for a night. But won't refer this to anyone.

Review for Hotel Aura, Delhi – Disappointing Experience I recently stayed at Hotel Aura, Delhi, and unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. I had booked a room with a bathtub, but upon check-in, I was given a standard room without a bathtub. When I raised this issue with the hotel staff and requested the room I had actually paid for, I was told to pay an extra ₹500, which was completely unfair and unacceptable. The staff’s behavior was unprofessional and unhelpful throughout the stay. Instead of resolving the issue politely, they were rude and dismissive. Moreover, the room condition was poor – not well-maintained, lacking cleanliness, and nowhere close to what was shown in the pictures during booking. For the price I paid, I definitely expected better service and hospitality. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and hassle-free stay in Delhi. Transparency, cleanliness, and customer service should be a priority for any hotel, but sadly, Hotel Aura failed on all fronts.
