Friendly and helpful staff but lacking hygiene. It could do well with some renovation. The hotel is in a good location.

Poor service Bathrooms are filty They don't even have a basic appliances like microwave what else can you expect

Pleasant stay with no hassles to find the location. the owner/manager was very kind to guide us through the places to visit. Food was good. As we had to leave early for sight seeing they were kind enough to offer us sandwich and tea earlier to breakfast time. overall a nice hotel for family to stay

Got it at mm t and booked, no iron to press clothes, washroom had bad flow of water. In spite of asking room wasnt changed.

I had an early check in which they managed well in giving the room. Had a good experience as the receptionist was very friendly in resolving the early check in.

The bathroom is too unhygienic and the food was also not good and quiet too expensive and for this they’ve charged more than 8000rs we can afford more good hotels other than this for a lesser amount we chose make my trip for a good trip but unfortunately this turned into a bad trip for us thank you

A very warm experience for me, nice staff very helpful and attentive. Rooms are clean and new. Fresh and very welcome. Could use q little more lights in the rooms though. But this also ok. Mr pradeep was very helpful as i was arriving at midnight.

Hotel livasa is recommended if you're looking for a hotel in budget. It is located in karol bagh where basic necessities are nearby. The rooms are cleaned daily and staff is courteous. However the rooms are of average size and not too big. The bathroom is small and even though they have exhaust duck, they don't run it throughout due to cost cutting. Thus your bathroom floors will stay wet all the time. The room lights are dim and there aren't adequate light in front of the cupboard. Even though the staffs are mostly helpful, one night when i was in need of medical emergency they didn't brought any fast aid kit even after calling multiple times.

Staff not cooperative, un mannered
