we are booked the hotel for my guest these are 2+1 mamber and we are booked the hotel room is triple bed category we select by rooms option but at check-in time hotel staff said to my guest now triple bed is available I'll given you in evening you can visit delhi come back evening and evening same thing triple bed is not available so adjust in double bed room another I have no option so management is too bed

I checked out as i didn't like the place, it wasn't as listed o AC doesn't work, the room that I selected isn't available. I couldn't bear it anymore and checked out leaving 3 nights of stay unused. i didn't even get any refund.

Staying in Hotel Grace was worst. The manager was very rude and was not having sense to talk. Air conditioner was not working, hotel didn’t provide geezer facility. When asked that we want to meet the owner, manager replied that he is not free to meet your kind of people. They don’t consider as their valuable customer.

Not the best of property. No hot water in peak summer. Charge for mineral water even if you stay for 2 days. Bad property

The property is in paharganj, near to metro station. I booked it for hourly stay. Room is very small. Washroom was clean. But no towel, no soap. If you request it will be provided. There is no geyser in the room.

It was a good stay, but each time you had to ask them for hot water and wait for some time, wasting time

The hotel was fine but i booked a deluxe room but when i got a normal room they said that the rest of the room was not available yet. I was not happy with the experience. Ok

Hotel did not provide toiletries, neither they had facility to provide hand towel. No problem with the room, it was ok.

If you are concerned with cleanliness and hygiene. Won't recommend this hotel. The basic room is extremely small. They show you the better room and ask for 500 to upgrade. The main issue is the bed sheets, pillows, blankets are dirty. The basic room they give used colorful blanket without cover that is used by many. Not a very welcoming hotel either. Guests not allowed in room clearly mentioned at reception as well.

Nice experience with the hotel. Staff is sportive and room is big and clean. Price friendly must recommended

Located in a busy market area near to are k ashram metro station, good service, wish there was a window for the room.

Rooms are available but total room hygiene

the hotel was good. staff was nice and helpful. only problem is that there is a bar which is attached to it. there is some noise that comes till late night
