MakeMyTrip confirmed the reservation but on arrival the hotel mentioned reservation did not exist . I was on my own at 11:30 at night

Hotel Bloom, GK2
I loved my stay at Hotel Bloom GK2 in September 2025. I was there for 3 nights. I liked their breakfast options, but for dinner and lunch, the menu is very limited, so they could have more options for that. one very good part of the hotel which I found very interesting is that they have this section at the reception itself where they keep some savoury snacks and some iced tea cans etc. and they also keep your milk and coffee and tea sachets at the reception which is free. You can always pick it up for your room or while you're going out, so that's a very good option.

Good Stay
Smooth check in, rooms are clean, staff is courteous and welcoming. Location is easy to locate, didn't order room service so dont know about the food, basic amenities and services are good, the wifi could have been faster.

Terrible Stay
U booked 2 nights from 1 st night early morning Th ere was no light in rooms no Ac no fan no lift working had to check out at 11 am I sent a mail to the hotel sure and haven’t got my refund yet or even a reply from the hotel

Value for money
Its a good and comfortable stay, plus the staff is polite, you get complimentary drinks plus if you’re lucky you’ll also get parking

Average Stay
Executive room is not that good, deluxe room is better. Food is average but they have veg & non veg together, it was my biggest issue.

Wry nice and clean hotel. The amenities are good and first class. Impressed by everything. Only negative thing is the old manual door lift . Overall the stay is very good

My stay at Bloom, GK2 was great. The location is good, staff (including the restaurant staff) is friendly, loved the snacking options, and the food at the restaurant was nice.
