It was average service and didn't return the GST money after the departure time as told by the MakeMyTrip they said that make my trip will provide us the money back

very nice hotel staff very friendly and helpful well maintained spacious rooms quick service overall was a nice stay at Hotel Suzi International 👍⭐️⭐️⭐️👍

Hotel Bathroom is not clean, Hotel not give bath Kit, saving kit. we Book two room and second room Airconditioner is not working

The room they provided was different from the one they posted photos. The rooms didn't had basic wardrobe facilities.

I had a disappointing experience during my stay. The room was extremely dirty—hot thermos, quilt, and bed linen were all filthy, with many hairs present. The tiles in the room were in terrible condition, adding to the unpleasant environment. To make matters worse, I arrived two hours early, and they charged an extra ₹500 in cash for early check-in. Cleanliness standards were far below expectations.

Good stay. well maintained rooms, Staff are also well behaved. I came to know about the hotel from MMT. Location is also good , on paharganj main road.

Terrible experience. Dirty rooms and toilets. Rude behaviour of the staffs. A big no no from my side.

hotel room that was booked was a very fine deluxe ac double bed room. Pics were awesome with nice room outlook, but while check in, they denied to give me the same room and said we have only this one available, and tht room was pathetic very simple dirt bed sheets, dirty walls, broken ac, indian style toilet, no chair, no water, very poor quality towel, no dustbin, no one visited for daily sweeping, even i had to call to collect utensils. I was with my family and i had no choice to change the hotel as i was there at late hours in night. They ruined my whole trip

Room is not well furnished as per photo graph. Bathroom flush is not working properly. Over all i am not happy in this room.

Location of this hotel not so good it's like cheap area. And when travel with your family than this is not good choice for stay here. Hotel room was not suitable as per price.

Hotel is not upto the mark no proper cleanliness, pillow is not cleaned, washroom is very dirty still previous footprints are there, bucket and mug is very dirty, no towels were providedthere is bad smell on pillows and overall bed. Overall room is good but not worth for i feel like really i wasted my money on this. showing nice pictures and ground reality is very different
