Rooms are very neat and clean. staff also nicely talking specially thanks to receptionist rubi (I forgot her name) Receptionist are very very good

Room was not so good. Floor was dirty. Also, hotel refused to provide complimentary addons, initially. We had to pay parking charges at the airport. bedsheet and blankets were not clean. washroom was not so good. And last, I saw a camera-like thing in the room. That was horrible.

Google location - WRONG | Early check-in - YES | Room space - GOOD | Room did not provide any towel | Room Service - PROVIDED ONLY ONE WATER BOTTLE FOR 2 nights stay | Kitchen sent wrong order inspite of repeating the order multiple times in person | Complimentary Breakfast - SAID THAT ONLY ONE PORTION WILL BE SERVED!!!! It’s ridiculous how a GUEST needs to reach out to reception with every detail, when it is clearly mentioned that there will be two guests then what is the meaning of serving only one portion?! MMT should break the tie with hotel or else it is going to be in trouble. This hotel does not meet basic requirements of a hotel.

Easy to access location.. CP plan, breakfast included was good .. Staffs are well behaved and friendly

Basically the hotel was very spooky our rooms had the stink of smoke even the lobby had the smell of smoke the rooms very not at all hygienic nor the washrooms
