During my stay, the staff demonstrated outstanding hospitality and attentiveness to all my needs. The rooms are spacious, immaculately clean, and well-equipped with modern amenities. The bathroom facilities are impeccable and maintained to high standards. Breakfast and dinner offerings were diverse, delicious, and served punctually. Had booked room for family for a couple of days. The check-in process was smooth, and the staff was cooperative and polite. Two things need improvement, one is the food quality compared with the price the hotel charges (we ordered chicken fried rice and noodles in which chicken was not well cooked and had an odd smell) and second, tea and hot water availability should be in the room rather than in the common area (can keep kettle and tea coffee sachet). Rest all was good. Access to the hotel too is convenient from main road. I would rate this hotel as 3.5/5.

It was a mix bag kind of experience. Staffs were good, location is walkable to metro and the karolbag market. Food was good too, but unfortunately the rooms provided was too small for the premium price they are asking, although the room was clean and the linens were fresh too. The only and the biggest problem was the size of the room.

I had a very good stay at this hotel. I always choose le roi express because of there cleanliness.The service was excellent, and the staff was very friendly and helpful. From the moment I arrived, everything was smooth and well-managed. The check-in process was fast, and the room was clean, comfortable, and well-organized. The housekeeping staff did a great job every day. The bed was soft, the bathroom was clean, and all the basic things like towels, toiletries, and water were always available. I always book this stay everytime

Good stay. Property location was very convenient, just 5 minutes from Karol Bagh metro station. Staff was polite and helpful. Overall a comfortable experience.

Everything is just average. I had to downgrade the room as in executive room no window was available.

The place is good, small, friendly and cozy.

The room was very small with barely any space to move around. The towels provided were dirty, and there was no doormat given. The food and tea were very average. Most importantly, I had an unpleasant experience at the front desk. I was informed that for early check-in, an extra charge of ₹1000 would apply. However, I later found out that if a guest checks in after 9:00 AM, the charge is only ₹500. Unfortunately, I checked in at 8:45 AM and was charged the full ₹1000. I even asked the staff if there was any concession, but I wasn’t informed about the reduced charge after 9 AM. I feel that this information should have been clearly communicated to me
