Review Of Hotel Urban Tree @ Delhi Airport

We arrived at the hotel around 2:00 a.m. and were still able to have dinner. The 24/7 open kitchen was a great convenience. Overall, we had a pleasant stay.

Very good and supportive staff! They were polite, attentive, and made the stay very comfortable. The cab service for the airport drop was punctual and well-arranged. Staff also helped with luggage efficiently — overall excellent service and smooth experience.

Overall it's a good experience staying with family except flush issue in one of the toilets. Food quality is good but overpriced and menu is not organised. Cleanliness and hospitality was good

Overall stay along with the staff behaviour was quite good 😊 except toilet flushing issue in one room which they tried fixing but failed

Place is very good, location is easily accessible, staffs are really good and quality of food served is very good. Maintains good hygiene, at this price it's value for money

I stayed at the property for 2 nights and found the rooms to be decently sized, especially for a budget hotel. The hotel staff were courteous and prompt in their service. Overall, it was a good stay! 👍🏻🙂

The stay was comfortable, rooms were spacious, easy check in and check out, but room services were damn poor, no extra quilt, have to ping numerous time for a single service asked. But overall couple friendly, and location was fine.

STAFF ARE HUMBLE AND OFFER GOOD HOSPITALITY ESPECIALLY SACHIN ,CONNECTIVITY IS GOOD TO MAIN ROAD AND ROOMS ARE CLEAN ..COMPLIMENTARY TEA IS AWESOME AND OVERALL HOTEL IS BUDGET FREINDLY

urben tree hotel mujhe bilkul pasand nahi aaya. khana pathetic tha mene sirf ek spoon kha ke chod diya 500 rs ka khana or juice ke naam par real ki bottle se ek glass de diya jiska price 100 rs tha wo hotel sirf or sirf paiso ke liye khula hai customer service se unka koi lena dena nahi hai bathroom mein pani nahi tha proper ac cooling nahi de raha tha. mene aapse pehle bhi request ki hai aise hotel ka option mat de public ko. specifically jo family ke saath hai. zara sir baarish se pure kamre mein pani pani ho gaya tha. is hotel ka kuch bhi achha nahi tha.
