Issues Faced:
1. On 10th September at 9:00 PM, I checked into Room No. 208, but the condition was very poor:
AC was not cooling.
Chair was broken.
Towel was not provided.
No phone in the room.
Bathroom door was not closing properly.
2. I complained and was shifted to Room No. 205 at around 10:00 PM, but here also:
AC water was leaking on the floor.
Again, no phone facility in the room.
3. I had booked with complimentary breakfast, but no breakfast was served. When I asked at the reception at 8:00 AM, they simply gave me a number to call, which was not even valid for incoming calls. Finally, I had to leave for office at 9:00 AM without breakfast.
Main door lock was faulty and could not be properly locked. For this reason, I had to leave my luggage inside the room without being able to lock the door when I went to office, which is a serious security issue.
This was one of the worst hotel experiences I have ever had.If such hotels continue to be listed, it will badly affect customer trust.
My Request:
Please investigate this matter seriously.
I request appropriate compensation/refund for the inconvenience caused.
