The worst stay you could ever book there is no proper room it’s an abandoned building that people just use no locks in the room the staff asks to keep the room open unlocked and go when asked for lock no lift in the stay and gives the booking for 5th floor all the bathrooms are choked and dirty no proper wash basin worst bed mattresses and bed sheets just the worst of everything you could get in a stay so please avoid booking this

I am writing to express my deep disappointment regarding my recent stay at your hotel. Although the room was spacious, the overall condition was unacceptable. The bedsheet was dirty, torn, and covered with stains. The AC and TV remotes were not functioning, and there was absolutely no service provided. Most concerning, there was no water supply at all, not even in the washroom, which made it impossible to use basic facilities. Furthermore, loud parties were held at the hotel every night, creating excessive noise and making it extremely difficult to rest. We had to arrange even basic necessities like drinking water from outside. Despite these issues, we were compelled to stay for 5 nights only because the full payment had already been made in advance. This experience was highly unsatisfactory and far below the standards one expects from a hotel. I request you to look into this matter seriously and take appropriate action.

Location was terrible, the room in which I stay didn't have any lock ,I have to change my room but still there want any charging point which is working

1. Lift was not working which caused difficulty for top floors. 2. TV was not working 3. Fan was in bad condition Otherwise service was good and hotel was clean.
