Its terribly worst experience i got there. They are buy additional money over my payment that i am done. Thank fully your customer support so helpful and quick resolving that i get my money back.

They denied to give us room as they told, they cant afford that low price and they also told that denied many times to mm t that they cant afford. I paid extra 1000 to book room their.

This hotel is not good because when i booked this hotel and i paid the amount they said we can't give you the room i don't know why after that they said you have to pay more than that amount then we will give you the room

Not satisfied with the room and management, they are looting peoples.

Hotel manager refuse to provide the room as i booked through make my trip, also i checked in to another hotel. As i ankit sharma certified that i have not checked in green villa hotel on 16. 06. 23. So it is requested to refund my amount rs. 861 at the earliest. Very very bad experience in make my trip booking app.

The room was not clean,there were no towels and got no coordination from the hotel owner or staffs ……he also charged extra stating that you will be getting a deluxe room which was totally not upto the mark. A total dissatisfied and disappointed experience.

Bakwaas hotel. No cleanliness. Smells very bad. Non hygiene. Located in slum area. Anyone don't go there.
