So it is requested to refund my amount rs. 861 at the earliest. Very very bad experience in make my trip booking app.

The room was not clean,there were no towels and got no coordination from the hotel owner or staffs ……he also charged extra stating that you will be getting a deluxe room which was totally not upto the mark. A total dissatisfied and disappointed experience.
