Rooms are good. Lift not working where as room was at 3rd floor. Dirty Kitchen. Poor Dining area. Hotel didnot provide Invoice copy.

Overall good experience
Room was neat and clean but tooth paste ,brush,oil and comb should also be provided however it may be chargeable

Family Hotel with Great stay at New Delhi.

Poor Stay
Food: not good flush: even after 3 times corrections, it was not working, no plumber was called i booked the room again after 12 noon, for 3 and half hours, they charged again for rs 3500 with no discount or concern.

Nice stay
It was nice experience, the rooms were quite big n spacious, the morning breakfast had limited option but all options were good enough. The location is very good, in between two metro station.

All is good
Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service in where we had dinner. Food was good and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. I was very pleased with my stay. I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future.

Poor Stay
We have booked the room and there's a lot of wall stains there. Hot water is available for a limited time only. We have check-in around 7 pm and there is no hot water. After informing the hotel they start the hot water and only 1 person is able to shower at night time. We are a group of 3 pax. So we get the chance to shower in the morning only. Why are we paying that much amount and not being able to get the hot shower anytime.
