Horrible stay. Complained mmt abut the issues. Executive said she ll revert back. Nobody called back

soloProperty denied stay saying they are fully packed n shifted us to another nearby room which had broken leg bed with horrible amenities. Actually with no amenities. N mmt did nothing despite complaining.
