Pathetic Service and staff behaviour.
Poor service. Staff behaviour is pathetic. Rooms are without AC remote. No fruits available in breakfast, Food quality is pathetic. Not professional. it is better to stay in normal lodge but not in Nirvana Suits.

The bathroom fittings were rusted. The basement hall for breakfast buffet was not clean and the breakfast was below average.

Poor Stay
Breakfast and dinner was included in the package but there is no buffet system, Towels were not changed, on next day same used towels found on bathroom door hanger as I left in the morning.

i stayed in this hotel for 2 nights . they have mentioned incorrect information, area of room is not 165 sq ft but room where i stayed was less than 110 sq ft… aircondition remote was not available despite of couple of reminders.. this is not 3 star property for sure. all other things were okay..

Poor Stay
The rooms are pathetic and very small. The entire hotel smells of cigarettes and staff takes pride in it calling corporate culture. Rooms are very cramp and without any window.

soloThe staff is really helpful , hotel was clean and at a good location , water bottles were provided without any extra charges (which is rare these days) , overall it is a decent option for stay ( I travelled solo)

Terrible Stay
I tried to cancel the booking as i got stuck in a traffic jam on nh4 near brijghat ( the jam was caused by ganga snan ) so i called the hotel and explained my situation. The hotel person asked me to get in touch with mm t customer care. Customer care said that they would send a mail to hotel and if they agree, then only mm t would be able cancel the booking. Unfortunately hotel didn't approve the cancellation despite knowing my genuine concern.
