The food is average, the location is poor, and the facilities are also just average. It doesn't feel up to standard for the cost of the stay and doesn't offer good value for money.

Terrible Stay
Room was new. cleaning was really bad. Horrible staff, no support even after staying for 4 nights. Horrible place and the lane is too narrow. No taxi comes near to that place. Families please avoid this place.

Excellent Stay
From the outside, you’d never imagine finding such a great hotel in this area. It’s new, with a modern ambience, superb room conditions, and excellent service. It took me some time to find the right place, but I’m glad I discovered this one.

Average Stay
The property is new and good but the location is horrible. Although it is said close to CP, but still walking is difficult and the CP location where you connect is not preferred. Restaurant is located in another nearby property which is also a discomfort. Food was below average.

Location wise it is very good, close to connaught place , near to new Delhi railway station, only issue is accessibility to hotel, vehicle can't go to entrance.

Good at the area
Excellent in hygiene & Friendly staff. Bathrooms also well maintained & we have got upgrade due to availability of the next level room. Over all excellent to stay.

It was nice to stay in prime hotel receptionist behaviour is too good and all over staff was good rooms are neat and clean washroom condition is outstanding once again I love to stay

Poor Stay
Very disappointed with my stay. Basic hygiene was completely missing — no toiletries provided, and the washroom was not clean at all. The room itself felt dirty and poorly maintained. For the price, I expected at least a clean and comfortable environment. Would not recommend unless improvements are made.
