Very peaceful staff are cordial and cooperative spacious very clean

I reached quite late, around 3:30am. I was allotted a room, but it became very noisy since early morning. there was a foul smell in the corridors and lobby as well. the breakfast spread was okay, not that good.

Food specially mutton is too good.

Very Bad Experience You can book any 5 star hotel in this price window . So never book this hotel Atrio

Atria hotel had good external ambiance and good restaurant. Staff are friendly and helpful. Hotel is located in a remote place for which the approach road is pathetic. Our car windshield got broken while driving to the hotel which visited us few hours to fix. Road is full of sharp gravel. Hotel is located in a place where we wouldn't get anything. Hotel rooms are not maintained well. TV is disconnected, furniture doors are broken, main door doesn't lock and unlock properly. overall it doesn't look like a 4 star hotel. It is too costly for the price we pay. Restaurant prices are also too high ( more than double the prices outside Atria hotel had good external ambiance and good restaurant. Till when will the discount be valid?

The place was very clean and private. Loved the pool vibe. Not crowded at all

Each and every thing is out of order Taps leakage,AC remote, ambience of room,all are in very poor condition

I stayed at this hotel/banquet for four days and had a disappointing experience. The food options were extremely limited, and I had to get my room key reactivated every time I returned, which was very inconvenient. The bathrooms had leaking issues, and while the hotel may look appealing from the outside, the rooms themselves feel more like a 2-star property.

not up to the date of the 4 star type of hotel door lock not a good all time call to the hotel to check the sensor lock

The property is fine but there are mosquitoes and approaching is difficult as this road become one way at some times of the day.

Overall, Atrio is a good hotel for those looking for a comfortable stay at a fair price.

it is not a hotel. it is a 3rdclass club. loud music,people making noise,dancing in the corridors till 6.a.m or may be more coz I checked out. Don't book here..it is a resort for weddings or parties. they cheat you by offering their vacant rooms ..The rooms tarrif should be between 3000 to 4000 bt they charge triple the price. Even manager could not control the ruckus caused by the guests. very unsafe for women travelers . AVOID

Decent place, average breakfast, neat & clean toilets. Food is bit expensive, road in front is really bad.

Outside entrance of the hotel looks good, staff is humble but amenities were slightly bad. Bathroom was not clean, towels didn’t look fresh. There was also a wedding happening from which loud music was on until 2am. Didn’t get enough sleep. Hotel should have informed after the booking of such event so we could have cancelled the booking and looked somewhere else.

It was a great stay. Especially the room was perfect. Hospitality on 5 star level. Location wise perfect.

Value for money but one thing irritates me it takes a lot of time to get hot water in the bathroom. Friendly staff. Nice environment well maintained greenary.
