Location was good and the service was prompt too. Only issue was the Old TV Unitas

Check in experience average, property location good, food good but no Tandoor was available at 7 PM, good amenities & service.

Cleanliness was a serious issue at Golden Tulip Hotel at West Delhi. Towels were very dirty. Food taste was very poor. The chair cushions, carpets, curtain all were very dirty. Overall it gives a very unhygienic experience

I requested to modify the date and MMT representative positively followed up and hotel management also cooperated. The stay was excellent and I am fully satisfied.

There was a small insect in the kattle, food quality was very bad. The staff were good.

A pleasant stay for work and pleasure purpose at affordable rates ! This hotel is far from the hustle bustle for a pleasant stay, and near enough to experience the city of Delhi !

Golden Tulip is an excellent property...Beauty of the hotel interior,Cleanliness and over all features are awesome...The performance of the staff were soft,polite and highly well mannered....The cuisine is at par or above in terms of quantity and quality keeping genuine standard...

The experience at the hotel was not good. My mobile was left charged in the hotel. I am calling but he is not even picking up the phone. You people also should not stay in this hotel.

Washrooms were not clean. Bathing are was extremely dirty but the behaviour of staff was very good.

It was good stay , the staff is co-operative . But the room size is small . It was a comfy stay there. Food was also good.

A very good hotel on this budget the restaurant don’t have any separate wash area. The wash basin was inside the toilet.
