Review Of The Elevate Hotel

Staff is very rude

Overall experience was very bad. I have booked the executive room in this hotel but the bedsheets and pillows are very smelly. Washroom door having hole in it. I will never book this hotel again and i will never recommend this hotel to anyone.

The location coupled with the attentive staff, spa, and breakfast worked well for me. Also, the ability to go in and out of the gate allowed me to meet a colleague at Starbucks.

A bit complicated to come through; not the hotel's fault, but because of how complicated the airport is.

The room was not cleaned. The washroom shower was not working, the hand shower was broken. Food was awful. Bed sheets were stained.

Breakfast spread was good with some interesting dishes like chole batore . I have been given complimentary room upgrade that was nice. Front office staff was courteous & professional.

It was quite chaotic but we were in delhi! we ate in the restaurant at the hotel and it was delicious and very reasonably priced. We had an early morning departure and the hotel cab booked for the airport drop off. Good hospitality. Child friendly. I was very happy with our night stay and would recommend it.

The stay in the hotel was very pleasant. The hotel is located in a quiet and clean part village the room was spacious. Hot water was running all day. Breakfast was very good. Food in the restaurant went all day. The hotel staff was helpful and always tried to accommodate. I needed to change money and a hotel employee came with me to exchange office as it was a little far from aparment.

We had a wonderful stay at the elevate hotel ! the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. Our room was spacious, clean and well-appointed with a comfortable bed and a great view. The breakfast buffet was delicious and offered a wide variety of options. We really enjoyed the hotel amenities like the pool and gym. The convenient location made it easy to explore the city. The property is awesome!! The location, the food, amenities, access to the Airpory & The city, the vibe, staff and of course the brand.. its serves the way it is known for.. amazing experience. On top of that access to nearby another property is cherry on top.

The property is very well maintained. Have stayed there two times for tournaments.. The veg food is very tasty, non spicy and they do adjust if needed with oil and spice. The service and house keeping department is doing a great job and the Team including Rahul and Chandani know their job very well. Great hospitality.
