it was terrible there was a broken window, I booked lunch but they offered poor thali only, no options left, in the breakfast, there were very few options to choose from. Cups were dirty, overall a pathetic experience I had.

the property is allright; but the staff is extremely incompetent and lazy. They didnot clean the rooms regularly, the complementary breakfast is a total waste. I was even falsely accused twice that I hadnot paid for the complementary breakfast. I had booked for airport drop, on the day of departure they tried making up excuses that Car was N/A, Driver is N/A, etc. Overall, they successfully ruined my stay at Delhi

All my dear friends, I would like to recount my experience during my stay at Hotel West End. I checked in on 30th September and checked out on 1st October, which included a room with two-way airport transfers and a complimentary dinner. The airport pick-up was smooth, and the car was luxurious and comfortable. However, upon arrival at the reception, I was informed casually that the room I had originally booked was not available due to electricity repairs. As I was too tired to argue, I accepted an alternative room. The complimentary dinner thali was good, but the next morning I had a terrible experience as there was no hot water available in the shower. After checking out, I was told that the drop-off taxi service was not included, even though it was clearly mentioned on the website and in my booking details. The receptionist insisted it was a mistake, until the manager, Mr. Hussain, intervened and arranged a taxi for me to the airport. This is my honest review of the experience, and I share it as a message to all travelers

Location of hotel good, facilities in room is also good, having central AC, TV, wash room also good, in room there is tea, sugar, milk powder available but tea maker not in working condition, room service average.
