All my dear friends, I would like to recount my experience during my stay at Hotel West End. I checked in on 30th September and checked out on 1st October, which included a room with two-way airport transfers and a complimentary dinner.
The airport pick-up was smooth, and the car was luxurious and comfortable. However, upon arrival at the reception, I was informed casually that the room I had originally booked was not available due to electricity repairs. As I was too tired to argue, I accepted an alternative room.
The complimentary dinner thali was good, but the next morning I had a terrible experience as there was no hot water available in the shower.
After checking out, I was told that the drop-off taxi service was not included, even though it was clearly mentioned on the website and in my booking details. The receptionist insisted it was a mistake, until the manager, Mr. Hussain, intervened and arranged a taxi for me to the airport.
This is my honest review of the experience, and I share it as a message to all travelers
