Review Of The Aura Hotel & Banquet Shahdara

The rooms were spacious however, bedsheets were not clean, the telephone was not working and even after booking a suite with a jacuzzi, there was a shortage of water supply. They had a restaurant but it was not operational so I ended up ordering the food every time. The facilities were not up to the mark and did not justify the cost.

No sleeper provided no tuth pest kit provided and tv not perpor working and I m 2 day. stay but not 2nd Day washroom not celing very bad experience

I recently stayed at “The Aura” and unfortunately, it did not meet expectations in several key areas. From check-in to check-out, the experience was frustrating and underwhelming.   Cleanliness: The room was not properly cleaned. The wardrobe was full of broken glasses, floor was full of strains and the bathroom had visible mold in the shower. It was clear the housekeeping standards are well below average.   Service: The front desk staff seemed indifferent to guest concerns. When I reported that the AC isn't working, they offered no apology or solution. The receptionist said that someone will visit the room and check the AC who never turned up.   Amenities: Several of the basic amenities were either out of order or nonexistent. Toiletries were not provided, there was no dustbin as well. Hand towel were out of scope and don’t think about food. Lift wasn’t present and I had to walk to third floor with luggage. No support from the hotel was provided to take me to the room, help with luggage etc. At the reception, they provided the room key and their task was done.   Noise and Comfort: The walls were paper thin. I could hear everything from neighboring rooms and hallway traffic throughout the night. Throughout my stay, I was hearing hammer work from the upper floor, making it hard to get a good sleep.   Overall: This stay was a major letdown. What could have been a relaxing trip turned into a series of headaches. I would strongly advise travelers to consider other options in the area before booking at “The Aura”.

Small rooms , poor toilets , staffs expecting for forced tips,misquotes and ants in the room , couple better avoid

It was a comfortable stay during my business visit at the property. I really appreciated to their cooperative staff & the entire team of THE AURA HOTEL AND BANQUET, the food was elegance & tasty. - Room Was Clean. - Toilet are extremely cleaned. - All facilities are working - The location was a Prime with all market, Public Transport connected

Its a new hotel, although the locations looks a bit shady, but the Hotel is Amazing! Don’t judge the book by its cover. It’s Worth Every Penny! I am definitely going again. Tha Jacuzzi was perfect! Even the room is spacious and luxurious. Loved it!

Totally unprofessional staff. Zero hospitality. No room amenities.
