Dear Make My Trip Team, I was told that the AC was not worked g and there is suffocation in room. I really don't know to what extent this was right. I reached the facility late night as I travelled from far away. In midnight I was taken to some another hotel. I paid for one and stayed in another. The room where I stayed was in bad shape. The toilet was bad. Cleanliness was far off. But only one thing was good and that was timely arrangement to Airport drop.

Terrible Stay
Got a different room instead of what was ordered. Sheets were unclean, towels were unclean. room was dirty. all sorts of b.s and rudeness from the hotel owners. never book here. it was a nightmare staying here.

Pls don't book this hotel. Alag bagal me bahut sare . Aur yha ka khana ka quality bhut hi kharab hai. Complimentary services hone ke bad bhi ye apko provide nahi karnge.

Terrible Stay
Very disappointing experience. First, the hotel staff made us wait for almost 2 hours saying no rooms were available. When they finally gave us a room, the air conditioner was not working. We called the reception 4 times, but no action was taken for nearly 3 hours. Instead of fixing the issue, they simply told us “this is what is available.” Totally unprofessional and unacceptable service.

Had to check out after 2-3 hours of check in ... you can understand the plight of the hotel .. extremely in bad shape and hospitality.. was feeling extremely unsafe .

The service was truly amazing, and the staff were so warm, friendly, and helpful throughout my time there. The breakfast was excellent with a wide variety of choices, and everything was fresh and delicious. The overall atmosphere of the hotel was lovely, making my stay very comfortable and enjoyable

Had a great stay with wonderful experience. Staff were very courteous. Any room service request was attended very promptly. Food was sumptuous. Loved all the restaurants and buffet. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking to stay close to airport

Spa given as room, no privacy, urinal and urine on floo
Extremely disappointed with my experience. I booked a Premium Room, but the hotel was under repair and failed to provide a proper alternative. First, they sent us to another hotel where a random person tried to open our occupied room without proper identification—a serious privacy violation. Then, they returned us to Park Tree and showed us a spa area as a “room,” which was unsanitary, unsafe, and completely unfit for stay (bathtub with a worm, urinal in the same space with urine on the floor, no proper door, and strong cigarette smell). We did not stay and had to book a different hotel ourselves. Strongly advise others to avoid this place.

lodge n not a Hotel book on your risk of staying in the unhygienic lodge
I had requested for spare plates, bowls n crockery but never received it. TV was not functional and highly unhygienic hotel with almost no courtesy and not welcoming at all
