The room and ambience were okay, and the food was also good. However, we didn’t get any tissue paper in the toilet. When we asked, the staff said it was out of stock and that they would provide it once new stock arrived — but we never received it.

Terrible Stay
when we reached there was no one to take us to our room , we were waiting there for like 15 min and no one came then we asked the reception for the floor we went there , their was no water supplies in our , no toiletries,no towels nothing . it was my worst experience

Room is clean but toilet smells. Me say them to clean they clean it but still smells again so i give 1 outoff 5 to hotel. Breakfast is just formality no have variety of food. In This price u can find another good hotel pls don’t go for it.

Average Stay
first I ask 2 to 3 days before about early check in the hotel management was ok and said we will allow but they allow us to check in at 1.30pm was waiting from 11.00 am and secondly the room they gave was first was having multiple leakage and rooten smell water in room and after calling them for cleaning they didn't send any one not for cleaning water which was due to leakage and then the manager named Shayam sir solved all my problems

Terrible Stay
Hotel was not clean. There were dirty bed sheets and pillow covers. Mosquitoes were there. We have requested for mosquito repellent but never received. Dirty plates were given with food. Horrible experience with mmt booking for this hotel.

Terrible Stay
I had a very unpleasant experience at this hotel in Delhi. Although the location is close to the airport, the property is situated at the end of a narrow sub-street, making access inconvenient. Despite arriving at 3:00 PM—well after the official check-in time of 2:00 PM—I had to wait 1 hour and 30 minutes to get a room. The first room provided had non-functional amenities, including a non-working TV and exposed electrical sockets, posing a serious safety hazard. After multiple requests, I was shifted to another room, which was in a similarly poor condition. Even hot water was unavailable in the washroom. This is by far the worst hotel I’ve stayed at in Delhi, and I strongly advise others to avoid this property.

poor quality of bed sheet, pillows were full of hairs, towels were having holes, Room Service did not happen, also the che k-in staff was rude, never gonna book this hotel again

Terrible Stay
Location is good for flyers except that nothing is good. The service is the worst I have experienced in my life from a hotel. The room doesn't have a mirror. Management is not upto the mark.
