my room no is 404 the AC is not working i am calling on reception No is 9 no one is picking the call from 1 am to till 4 am at last i personally went to the reception and found the manager is slepping when i complained he started arguing that no one called me ..they changed my room but when i asked them to make me talk to their he the person start saying he is the head. he is not even telling me his name too.. really a very bad experience.. i got his name confirmed from the boy who changed my room .

Overall a pleasant stay. The front receptionist by the name of Ms. kum kum is exceptionally accommodating and understanding towards the concerns of the Guests. The room was clean and decent with working AC, and quick service of staff.

Hotel Rosemallow is very professionally operated business hotel.. They very well understand the needs of business traveller. Staff members were very helpful mainly front office personals Alisha, kumkum, govind, who was always on their toes to serve the customer. Vishal guest relationship manager food was excellent with good test and very hygienically served. Rooms are well maintained

Terribe stay due to Ac problems and services

In a 6 Night stay I had to Change my room for 4 times...due to AC problems..Really Frustrating stay. They even forced me to change the room for Their Corporate client once. They prefer Corporate clients rather than individual clients and they will not bother guest out in the middle of the Stay if there is a room shortage the way the skinny lady in front desk and one black guy in with Moustache treated us. Terrible stay I had during my Medical tour last week .I had a patient so did not take any risk to shift to other hotels.
