Terrible Stay
No cooling in room. Smells and nagative vibes. I asked to change the room but Receptionist didnot help she said we have higher priced room for better facilities. THE ROOM I BOOKED WAS ALREADY EXPENSIVE

HELLO SIR YOU BOOKED 1300 ROOM PRICE and also you book small room ,first time you said ace is not coolling hotel is centralized ace no one guest said ace not cooling, then you want upgrade you then you pay upgrade amount but you not paid. that is not good for your side not my hotel fault.. thanku
